Shipping and Delivery at the RICANO Online Shop
To ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, we ship all packages exclusively with DHL. After shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, letting you follow your delivery at any time.
Shipping Within Germany
Shipping within Germany is free of charge – with no minimum order value.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after shipping.
Shipping Within Europe
For deliveries to European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.50, including VAT.
Switzerland is excluded from this rule. For deliveries to Switzerland, the worldwide shipping rates listed below apply.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and will be shown to you, where possible, during checkout.
Worldwide Shipping
We deliver worldwide. For deliveries outside the European shipping area, as well as to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of €30.00, including VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland, any customs fees and import duties are already accounted for in our shipping costs and prices. No additional customs costs generally arise for you upon import.
For deliveries to other countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may be charged by the authorities of the respective destination country. These additional costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the local customs and shipping conditions there.
Processing and Shipping of Your Order
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been successfully received.
If your fully paid order reaches us Monday to Friday by 2:00 p.m., we usually hand it over to DHL the same business day.
Orders received after 2:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.
For advance payment, processing of your order only begins once the full invoice amount has been received in our account.
Please note that in exceptional cases, for example during particularly high order volumes, on public holidays, or due to delays at the shipping provider, processing and delivery times may be longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our premises, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us by email.
The email includes a DHL tracking number, letting you check the current shipping status of your package online at any time.
As a registered RICANO customer, you can also track the status of your order in your customer account.
Delivery to Parcel Lockers and Parcel Shops
Within the delivery areas supported by DHL, we also ship your order to:
- DHL parcel lockers
- Post office branches
- DHL parcel shops
Please provide all the information required for delivery in full when ordering, in particular your postal number and the number of the desired parcel locker or branch.
