Payment Methods at the RICANO Online Shop

Several secure and flexible payment methods are available for your order at the RICANO online shop. The options actually available for your order will be shown to you at checkout.

Depending on the delivery country, order value, device, and the outcome of any check by the respective payment provider, individual payment methods may be restricted or unavailable.

PayPal

Pay for your order quickly and securely with PayPal.

After selecting this payment method, you'll be redirected to PayPal. There you can log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.

Receipt of payment is usually transmitted to us immediately, so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

PayPal's terms additionally apply to payment processing.

Credit or Debit Card

You can pay for your order with a supported credit or debit card. Currently, the following cards are shown in particular:

Visa
Mastercard

Payment processing is handled via PayPal. A PayPal account of your own is generally not required for card payment, provided PayPal offers payment without a customer account at checkout.

Your card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not fully stored by RICANO.

Your card is charged or authorised after your order is completed, in accordance with the payment provider's terms. Alongside PayPal, PayPal Checkout supports credit and debit cards as well as alternative payment methods.

Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

If you select advance payment, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance.

Your order will be processed once the full invoice amount is received and shipped as quickly as possible.

We reserve the ordered items for you until payment is received, for a maximum of seven days. Depending on your bank, the transfer can take roughly two to four business days.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and conveniently via a supported Apple device.

Select Apple Pay at checkout and confirm the payment using the authentication set up on your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Payment processing is handled via PayPal. PayPal supports Apple Pay as part of its checkout solutions.

Apple Pay is only shown if your device, browser, and stored payment method support it.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can pay for your order via a supported device and the payment method stored in Google Pay.

Select Google Pay at checkout and confirm the payment following the instructions on your device.

Payment processing is handled via PayPal. PayPal Checkout supports Google Pay as an alternative payment method.

Google Pay is only shown if your device, browser, and Google Pay account support the payment.

PayPal – Pay Later

Where available, you can pay for your order via PayPal at a later date.

Possible offers from PayPal include in particular:

Whether one of these options is offered to you is decided by PayPal based on its own criteria. RICANO has no influence over approval or the specific terms.

The payment agreement, and any credit agreement, is concluded directly between you and PayPal. Payments are made solely according to PayPal's terms and not directly to RICANO.

Cash on Delivery

If you select cash on delivery, you pay the invoice amount when your order is delivered by DHL.

A fee of €9.50 applies for cash on delivery, in addition to any shipping costs.

Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments and the payment options available from the courier may depend on the respective delivery area.

Klarna – Pay Later

With Klarna "Pay Later", you can receive your order and pay the invoice amount within the deadline set by Klarna.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Klarna. Please do not transfer the invoice amount to RICANO, but only using the payment details provided by Klarna.

Whether this payment method is available is decided by Klarna, among other things based on an identity and credit check. We have no influence over this decision.

The specific payment deadline will be communicated to you at checkout or by Klarna after your order. Klarna offers payment within up to 30 days, among other options.

Klarna – Slice It

If you select this payment method, you can split the invoice amount into several payments according to the offer presented to you by Klarna.

Depending on the option shown, this may be, for example, payment in three instalments or a longer-term instalment plan.

The specific terms, instalments, possible interest, and other conditions are shown to you directly by Klarna before you complete the payment.

Klarna is your contractual partner for the instalment plan. Payments are to be made solely according to Klarna's payment details.

Klarna currently offers, among other options, three-instalment payments as well as instalment plans; the classic instalment purchase may allow up to 36 monthly instalments depending on the offer.

Klarna – Pay Now

With Klarna "Pay Now", you settle the full invoice amount immediately as part of the checkout process.

Depending on the option available at checkout, payment can be made via a bank account, a debit card, or a credit card.

Payment processing is handled by Klarna. The available payment options and terms are shown to you directly at checkout.

SEPA Direct Debit

If you select SEPA direct debit, you authorise the payment provider named at checkout to collect the invoice amount from your specified bank account.

Payment processing is handled via PayPal.

Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account. Costs arising from a returned direct debit for which you are responsible may be charged to you to the extent permitted by law.

Your account is debited in accordance with the terms communicated at checkout and by the payment provider.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed or received.

For advance payment, processing only begins once the full invoice amount has been received in our bank account.

For PayPal, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and SEPA direct debit, we usually receive payment confirmation immediately or shortly after checkout is completed.

The specific availability of a payment method may depend on the order value, delivery country, device, and the decision of the respective payment provider.
